A Tiny Lifetime “Before”

Notes I never posted from 3/6/2020 (“Before”):

It’s hard to turn the page at the end of a beautiful chapter. Abby left Buenos Aires today.

The past two months have felt like a tiny lifetime in the best way. Here, we laughed a lot, fought a little, cried a bit, took a few steps towards life goals, walked even more steps on foot, watched some excellent television, and ate waaaaaaaaaay too many empanadas.

We also did plenty of touristy things, but I’m quite sure “la vida cotidiana” (daily life) is what I’ll remember most fondly.

I’m excited for future adventures—in SF, Seattle, Sacramento, South America, or anywhere in between.

Love you, Abs. Stay calm, wash your hands, and have fun in Colombia. And come back to BA?
