WHAT INFORMATION DOES BECOMING ALLIE COLLECT? HOW IS IT USED?

• MailChimp – this service is used for collection of subscribers and delivery of email updates and newsletters. MailChimp stores your name and email address for the purposes of delivering said communications.
• Paypal – this service is used for payment processing on ecommerce products. Your banking information is never passed to the Website. We receive information used for order fulfillment and reporting, nothing more.

ARBITRATION

The Terms of Use will be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of California. Any controversy or claim relating to the Terms of Use, or the breach thereof, will be settled by arbitration via the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. Judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator(s) may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof. The parties also agree that the AAA Optional Rules for Emergency Measures of Protection will apply to the proceedings.

MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS

If any provision of the Terms of Use is determined to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will be severable and enforceable. If a provision is excessively wide in scope, such a provision will be limited or reduced in scope in order to be enforceable.

You may not assign the Terms of Use without Allison Stewart’s prior written consent. However, these Terms of Use may be assigned by Becoming Allie with its sole discretion.

With respect to the Websites offered by Allison Stewart, these Terms of Use are the complete, final, and exclusive agreement of all parties.
